How to Use:

  1. Place the Sous Vide Cooker simply in any pot, add water.
  2. Seal food in a vacuum bag or zip lock bag and place them in the water bath.
  3. Place the ring clip on the side of your container, turn the clamp knob until it is tight.
  4. Place the circulator into the ring clip. Turn the clamp knob until tight.
  5. Set the temperature / timer and press start.
  6. Press the icon on touch screen to turn on/off and confirm the settings.
  7. Easy to operate and done within seconds.

Sous vide cooking (say “soo-veed”, French for "under vacuum") is a method of cooking food in a seal bags at a low & precise temperature and a precise time in water baths or temperature-controlled equipment.  Sous vide can also be used to preserve or marinate food. This cooking technique is a trend among modern restaurant & home cooks, and is often used by chefs.

The Benefits of Suvee Cooking:

Suvee cooking ensures that food is cooked at a constant temperature — ranging from 122°F to 185°F — for a specific period of time that helps achieve and maintain consistent quality, as well as retain nutrients in food.   Juices, sauces and aroma are all kept intact as compared to conventional cooking, such as roasting or grilling, where food is cooked over higher heat levels than necessary. Sous vide cooking allows the ingredients to retain its natural flavors as well. The process also doesn't require constant supervision.

Notes:

  • Attach your cooker to a pot or container, add water to in between the Min and Max lines, and set the time and temperature according to your desired level of doneness. (Do not submerge cooker in water above the fill line).
  • Place your food and ingredients in sous vide sealed bag and clip it to the side of the pot or container.
  • Finish by searing, grilling, or broiling the food to add a crispy, golden exterior layer. Enjoy the best-cooked meal you have ever had.
  • To clean the cooker, simply wipe with a soft cloth.
